All shipping will be calculated on total weight of the order and the physical location of delivery. Required state tax will be added. All product will be shipped via UPS within 24 hours of processed payment. Exceptions - if product(s) are purchased in person at one of our live events (Sportsman's Expo, Western Hunting and Conservation Expo, Professional Taxidermy shows, etc.) If you live near Boise, ID or Salt Lake City - please contact us personally to see about in-person pickup.

If you receive any product manufactured and sold for Velvet Antler Technologies that is in any way defective or not suited for its intended purpose please contact us and we will happily get you a replacement at no charge to you! At this time, we do not offer returns of any kind.
